Sean has over 20 years of experience working in accounting and finance. The past 9 years he was in the PERS industry as Vice President of Finance at Medical Guardian. While at Medical Guardian he was heavily involved in procuring numerous capital raises such as syndicated loans from traditional banks and third-party lenders and a private equity investment. Sean was also involved in a few key strategic acquisitions both in the due diligence and implementation.

In addition, he also spent 12 years in public accounting at Elko & Associates Ltd (WIPFLI). While at Elko, Sean led teams on audit and review engagements along with preparing complex corporate tax returns for privately held companies. He also performed due diligence for lender support in the security and alarm industry.

Sean is a 2004 graduate from Widener University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
