Marc has 40 years of experience in working with both public and private companies, 35 of which were spent within the alarm industry, including electronic security and PERS. This experience includes six years as the CFO for Medical Guardian LLC, seven years with Matrix Security LLC as their VP of Mergers and Acquisitions, and thirteen years as the CFO for Response USA. In addition to his 35 years in the alarm industry Marc was the Managing Director and CFO for Snip Link LLC, an internet and telecommunications company, and CFO at Elko & Associates, a regional accounting firm, where he developed and led a team of professionals to work within and understand the nuances of the alarm industry.

Marc has a unique approach that’s driven by his passion and integrity — to his clients, he’s not just a consultant or just a partner, but rather an extension of their team. He works closely and transparently with CEOs and executive leadership, investors, board members, and key stakeholders to not only build the business successfully, but also protect their capital — producing scalable, growth-driving results.

Throughout his career, Marc has been responsible for optimizing financial and operational health and performance — developing highly skilled financial and operational processes and management teams and spearheading strategic organizational restructuring and other cost savings projects.

He has an extensive mergers and acquisitions background, completing over 250 acquisitions during his career. Marc has completed over 200 acquisitions during his career and procured more than $750 million in capital.
